About The Event
After the success of our last NYC Show & Tell... we're back and excited to announce our April pop-up event. We’ll be doing a classic Show & Tell (aka Reading Series). Come support multi-disciplinary NYC artists by providing supportive feedback as they experiment with their messes-in-progress.
This is a great developmental BIPOC-centric space to meet fellow artists, and get workshop experience. Allies are welcome! Works can range from film/tv/web series, pitches, sketches, graphic design, solo shows, storytelling, music, and more.
Please note that for scripts, we will cast in the room. We will always ask who is comfortable reading for parts before casting. Each artist will get 5–10 minutes (depending on the medium) followed by 10ish minutes of feedback. The discussions will be moderated by Fail Better Arts Managing Director, Christopher Moncayo-Torres.
